Industry-wide research conducted by the Angerosa Research Foundation provides the management tools, financial data, and trends information that support improved publication effectiveness and enhanced member communications and education.

The Angerosa Research Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization established in 2003 to conduct industry research to benefit the association publishing and marketing professions. The Angerosa Research Foundation supports and aids the association community by conducting industry-wide research to assist editors, publishers, and association marketers to strengthen their communications efforts. In addition, the Foundation provides scholarships for worthy candidates to continue to upgrade their skills and expand their professional development.

About Angela M. Angerosa

Angela M. Angerosa served as the Vice President, Research & Marketing at Stratton Publishing & Marketing Inc. from 1987 until her death at age 45 in May 2003 from cancer. Angerosa was a principal in Stratton and a major factor in the firm’s growth and development. She launched and directed Stratton’s research division, Stratton Research, which conducts numerous magazine readership, marketing, and association membership research studies each year, expanding operations to include extensive services in mail and Web-based research, focus groups, and telemarketing studies.

Angerosa was a well-known and respected publishing specialist in the association community, working with publishers to strengthen their publications. She had a keen insight into data analysis and the practical application of research findings. Angela’s insight, enthusiasm, and dedication to the association community lives on through the Angerosa Research Foundation.
